I’m from the corporate communications department at GEICO and we regularly write internal ‘Customer Kudos’ articles for associates to read. I was notified of your blog posting by our Dallas office and would like to feature Aaron in the next article. The problem is, without his last name it has been difficult to locate him. Do you know it? I’ve tried contacting multiple Aarons in our company (who knew there would be so many?), but have yet to find him.
